I would like to thank both of you Christine
and jack for the beautiful house that B and
W built for our family. It took approximately
four months to build from start to finish
and the quality of the workmanship was excellent.
I am highly impressed that the team stayed
on the job from start to finish with out interruption
of other jobs. I am very happy with everything,
but to include the specifics would be the
ceilings(especially the tray ceiling in the
master bedroom), the ceiling height, the amount
of lights that were put into the rooms, the
rounded corners, the porch and deck. My kitchen
is absolutely magnificent. I was very impressed
with the time that it took to build the house
as well as the quality of work and the professionalism.
I was very impressed with the superior walls
as opposed to block foundation. I am very
happy with the anderson windows through out
my home that you both suggested for unique
look of the transom windows in the front as
opposed to typical windows. I was very thankful
with jack and Christines assistance in helping
me find a front door that was in my budget.
The quality of construction and materials
has helped with the appraisal value of our
home; therefore increasing the value of our
home by $40,000 in these hard economical times.

It is our pleasure to write a testimonial
for B & W Development. As an out of town
home buyer (from PA) you are skeptical of
a builders ethics and workmanship. A key factor
in choosing B & W was the fact that they
only use a minimum amount of sub-contractors
on their jobs. Our needs as far as budget
and quality of materials were always kept
in mind.
We contracted with B & W in February
of 2007 to build a 2,280 sq ft home in Dade
City, FL. The process proved to be quite simple.
The lines of communication were always open
it was very easy to reach B & W to check
on the status of the job. It only took three
trips to Florida, 1. Design and contract;
2. Pick granite, paint colors and other interior
essentials; 3. Final walk through and CO.
Our home was completed in only 120 days proving
that B & W stays on the job as stated.
The only warranty work we have needed is to
refresh us on how to operate the sprinkler
system.
B & W has done additional work for us
such as installing fencing, brick pavers and
a screen room. B & W Development has proven
that there work ethic and workmanship are
excellent. We are very happy with our new
Florida home.
